We do not design office blocks, town centres or car parks, we specialise in designing and building house extensions, loft conversions and garage conversions. We’ve been doing this for over 10 years.
And, because we specialise and make use of the latest computer technology, we can often be up to 50% cheaper than using a general architect.

- Contact us to book a convenient time for a free Architect’s survey. Evening and Saturday times are available.
- We’ll discuss your ideas, make suggestions and undertake a survey of your property.
- We will inform you of the costs involved, including the fees for building control and planning permission.
- We book a convenient time to return with your completed planning drawings, we can then sit down and go over them, any changes or amendments can then be noted and undertaken for you.
- We take care of gaining planning approval for you, including building control forms and letters and we send you a full set of planning drawings.
- Once the local council has received your plans they will begin to process them, we will keep you informed at every stage of your application.
- Our architectural services are here for you all the way through the planning approval process, always happy to answer any questions or queries you may have.
