Single storey extension

Project Information: Demolish the exisitng conservatory, build a new extension in it's place and knock through to the kitchen.

This was a major refurbishment of a house belonging to a recently divorced professional lady with children. Our customer wanted the property transformed from top to bottom.

We demolished the existing conservatory and carried out a house extension and refurbishment to create more space for the children. This involved knocking the utility room and kitchen into one room, where we installed a new modern kitchen-diner with integrated appliances. We laminated the whole of the ground floor, re-decorated the entire property, and carried out extensive landscaping work in the garden.
