Two floor side extension

Project Information:  Here we have taken down the existing garage and dug new footings, we built a two floor extension and a porch, incorporating a garage, utility room, downstairs WC, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

This growing family needed living space and lots of it. They instructed us to build them a two-storey house extension, which included knocking down and rebuilding the garage.

Downstairs we extended the porch, added an extra WC, made the garage larger and block paved the entire front garden to allow parking for five cars.
Upstairs we doubled the size of the front bedroom and created an extra bedroom and bathroom.
