Project Information: Demolish the exisitng conservatory, build a single storey extension to make a dining room with a utility room and add a conservatory

A young couple with two toddlers contacted us to see if we could help them create more space for their growing family. Just like many families across Kent, they had space they didn't use in the form of a traditional glass conservatory that was boiling hot in the summer and freezing cold in the winter. They also wanted more room for their children to run around downstairs in the house.
We demolished the existing conservatory and built a single storey extension at the back of the house with a Velux window in the roof and a large picture window in the side. We then added a new brick-built conservatory to the rear of the property.
The result? A fine-quality conservatory, a large dining room, and a brand new utility room.
