Pitched roof single storey rear extension

Project Information:  We constructed a large single floor extension, to form a kitchen/diner with a shower room.

This couple needed more space for their two young children: they even had an  un-usable glass conservatory. We conducted a thorough assessment of the property's layout and carried out a single storey house extension to create more space.

First we demolished the existing small kitchen and conservatory at the back, and replaced them with a large well-lit kitchen and a brick-built conservatory with large double glazed French doors leading out to the garden. The family benefitted from a new cloakroom with shower, as well as a large walk-in closet created from a small downstairs cloakroom.
