Two storey side extension

Project Information:  We demolished the exisitng garage, under pinned the kitchen and built a two storey gable extension.

Here was a family with grown up children still at home, needing more space. They chose us to create for them, a new two storey end house extension, to fulfill their requirements. After knocking down the existing garage, underpinning the kitchen with new foundations, we re-built the garage on the ground floor.  Adding a downstairs WC with a door leading in to the hallway. On the first floor, which was once a tiny front box bedroom, turned into a large room for the family to spread out. An extra bedroom was constructed in the middle of the first floor, including a large en-suite and built in cupboard.
