Dormer loft conversion, incorporating a bedroom, sitting area and an en-suite.

Project Information:  Here we added a rear dormer and a Velux fire excape window to the front. This created enough space for a bedroom with a 'chill out area' and an en-suite bathroom.

This Rainham couple wanted to create a stylish bedroom for their eldest daughter which allowed her more privacy and independence than her old room near her parents' bedroom.
A loft conversion was the answer. Within six weeks Pickhill Services created a large en-suite bedroom for the girl, complete with a seating area and chill out zone where she could entertain her friends.
We built a new hardwood staircase to enable easy and safe access to the loft from the first floor.
