Dormer and Velux installation with a two storey extension

Project Information: This was a loft conversion and two storey extension, comprising of a master bedroom with en-suite, a double bedroom with en-suite, a garage, a utility room and an English oak staircase.

This was a major project for this property. The couple had married a couple of years ago, with both sides having grown up children and a grandchild on the way, readily requiring more living space.

The couple opted for a 2 storey extension and loft conversion for this. The loft conversion had a large dormer at the back of the property, this produced a very large double bedroom with en-suite. Fitted with, 3 front facing Velux windows. They also had storage space within the loft area, accessed through a door.

The 2 storey extension consisted of a very large well lit double bedroom with en-suite on the second floor. We then supplied and fitted an English oak staircase linking the two floors.
As for the ground floor, the garage was turned into a gymnasium for the gentleman of the house.
A Utility room was built within the extension off of the kitchen, to the rear of the property.
