We can undertake a free of charge survey and consultation, then give you an estimate of the cost of your work. We can also take care of supplying a full set of working drawings with a complete specification for building control for you. Planning permission, building control regulations, structural specifications and any other associated paperwork can be undertaken for you.
Once you have a full set of working drawings, we can supply you with an accurate quotation for your work, you can then use the plans to obtain quotes from other builders. This enables you to choose the best price for your project.
