You stay in control.

Once you have contacted us for a free survey and a chat, we can give you an estimate of the cost. If that suits your requirements, the next stage is to produce a full set of working drawings for you. If planning permission is required (it often isn't) we can take care of this for you, too. We also ensure your plans comply fully with building control regulations and submit all the paperwork to the proper authorities on your behalf. Of course this only happens once you are happy with the design and layout of your new extension.

You then have a full set of working drawings, which we can give you a written quotation against, this leaves you free to obtain quotes from other builders, keeping you in control of your project.
